Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms:
   By using NovaSpeck Solutions Inc.’s services, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Services Offered:
   NovaSpeck Solutions Inc. provides digital transformation consultancy, brand design, strategic planning, financial planning, marketing planning, social media management, content design, media buying, and mentorship services to businesses.
3. Service Agreement:
   Engagement for services is outlined in a separate service agreement specifying scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, and terms, agreed upon by both parties.
4. Client Responsibilities:
   Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, cooperation, and timely feedback necessary for effective service delivery.
5. Fees and Payment:
   Fees for services will be outlined in the service agreement. Payment terms, including schedule and method, will be agreed upon before commencement of services.
6. Confidentiality:
   NovaSpeck Solutions Inc. will treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.
7. Intellectual Property:
   Intellectual property rights of all materials produced during the provision of services shall remain with NovaSpeck Solutions Inc. unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
8. Limitation of Liability:
   NovaSpeck Solutions Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
9. Termination:
   Either party may terminate services in accordance with the terms outlined in the service agreement. Upon termination, any outstanding fees shall become immediately due.
10. Modification of Terms:
    NovaSpeck Solutions Inc. reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
11. Governing Law:
    These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Ontario law.
